Wildfish Cannery

Pretty classically fishy, a little smoky. Mild, or you could say flavorless. Texture wasn’t great, a little dry. Maybe I just don’t like herring? Or maybe it’s smoked poorly? Or maybe I did almost nothing to prepare it. Thing is, I do almost nothing to prepare any of these and that usually turns out better.
