Fantastic sauce, makes it really easy to dump on some rice with a bit of aloha teriyaki on top, which is exactly what I did and it doesn’t need much else. The rockfish itself is pretty nice too, not too much going on. I think it would probably be a mild flakey whitefish sort of flavor and texture if cooked the usual way, a little on the firm side but I think these are just tough little guys.
